Keto Mocha Brownies

Ingredients
- 8 oz Sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Mocha MuscleEgg
- 1/3 cup stevia or monk fruit
- 1 tbsp instant espresso
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and coat an 8×8 pan with non stick spray. Set aside.

Microwave 4 ounces of the chocolate chips for 1-2 minutes on 50% power. Add additional time until melted. Stir and smooth.

Remove bowl from microwave and add remaining ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Stir in remaining chocolate chips.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges and middle are set.
