We want you to get your MuscleEgg as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying the benefits of it right away. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours when received by 9am Mountain Time on Wednesdays. Orders received after that may be held for shipping until the following Monday to ensure that your MuscleEgg arrives to you fresh. Please note that if you are having MuscleEgg delivered to lower Texas or Florida, your order must be recieved by 9am on Tuesdays to receive it the same week. All orders are shipped via FedEx from our warehouse and actual shipping time is usually 1-3 days depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please contact us asap if you notice anything wrong with your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for shipping information to be updated and be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t find it in your inbox. Because MuscleEgg is a whole food product (99+% egg whites), it is perishable. It is shipped frozen (with dry ice in the warmer months) and we cannot allow it to sit on a delivery truck over the weekend.
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items ordered. Within the continental United States: Shipping for 2 half gallons or 2 gallons is $14. For 4 gallons, 4 half gallons and 6 half gallons, shipping is $20. A single package can hold a maximum of 4 single gallons or 6 single half gallons of MuscleEgg. Orders of larger quantities will require shipping to be applied to each package. For example, if you order 4 gallons of MuscleEgg, your shipping charges will be $20. If you order 8 gallons of MuscleEgg, your shipping charges would be $40. Please contact us for a shipping quote to Alaska and Hawaii. Because MuscleEgg is a perishable product and due to customs regulations we cannot ship MuscleEgg Internationally. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
We try to keep all flavors stocked consistently. However, if you order an item that happens to go out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours (usually much quicker) to let you know. You will have the option of selecting a different flavor, waiting until the flavor you ordered is in stock, or receiving a refund.
Please be aware that shipping times during the holiday season are mostly on time, but sometimes unpredictable and may take an extra day or two. We will keep you up to date through our Facebook and Instagram pages so that you know the latest date you can order by to get your packages in time for the holidays. FedEx charges customers an $11 fee for incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your order.
