

Banana Nut Muffins
Banana Nut Muffins offer a healthy dose of energy to get you going in the morning! Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Spice MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups Kodiak Cakes "Power Cakes"
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 large very ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a muffin tin with non stick spray or line with cupcake liners.

Add all ingredients (except walnuts) to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high until well combined and smooth.

Divide and portion muffins into pan. Sprinkle on walnuts. Bake for 17-19 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
