No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
There's something to be said about No Bake Peanut Butter Balls...and that's that they're AMAZING! They're peanut buttery and delicious and good enough that you'll want to watch yourself because eating a whole batch has been known to happen around here.
These are the perfect snack to keep at your desk or by your bed for when you get a sweet craving, but don't want to overload on sugar.
They're easy to make and kids will love them too! Feel free to play with these and add nuts, raisins or chocolate chips if you like!
- 1/2 cup Vanilla MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
Add all ingredients (except oats) into a large bowl. Mix well until very smooth.
Stir in oats. Form and portion dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate to harden.
