Sugar cookies can be enjoyed many ways by themselves, so our long-time chef Corina Nielsen decided to create these tasty treats as a way to enjoy the Independece Day holiday. And when you pop these protein truffles into your mouth, you will be declaring independence from the normally unhealthy sugar cookies that you're used to. Or, not used to. IF it's been a long time since you had a sugar cookie, you will enjoy these little balls of protein bliss even more!
The recipe is pretty simple, using Cake Batter MuscleEgg and other every day ingredients. And, since there's no baking involved, you'll be enjoying sugar cookie protein truffles in no time at all!
