Ingredients

  • 5 large egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • A pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. The first step that you need to do is to beat the 5 large egg whites and the large whole egg in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Continue beating the eggs and then slowly add the cheese, milk, as well as the pinch of salt and pepper.
