Sweet potato fries and Indian cuisine. Kids are pretty cultured and love Indian, ramen, and always the classic pizza.

Favorite Use of MuscleEgg

If I had to pick only one it’s adding Muscle Egg to my oats. I also enjoy adding Muscle Egg to cereal for my kids to enjoy. We also like mixing half coconut milk and any flavor Muscle Egg for a protein packed drink for my youngest.

Favorite Hobbies

As a family we love hiking, taking weekend trips to Toronto and enjoying different culture’s food. Dan enjoys keeping a salt water fish tank Jess likes to get creative with everything from cooking to makeup John enjoys playing airsoft with his friends Ruby likes arts and crafts.

Best Advice I Ever Got

Never compare yourself to others! Especially when you're deep in prep. It will only hold you back from reaching your full potential.
