Ingredients
2cupsKodiak "Honey & Buttermilk*" Mix
2tablespoonsSweet Leaf Stevia
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoondried rosemary
1/4cupchiveschopped
2large whole eggs
1/3cupOrganic MuscleEgg plain egg whites
1cupmilk of choice
1tablespoonolive oilor coconut oil
1/2large zucchinifinely shredded
4ouncesdiced ham
3/4cupshredded fat free cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x9 baking dish with non stick spray. In a large bowl, combine Kodiak, stevia, baking powder, baking soda, and all spices/herbs. Add eggs, egg whites, milk, and olive oil. Mix until well combined. Stir in shredded zucchini, ham and cheese.
Pour into prepared dish and bake to 25-30 minutes until edges and top are slightly golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center.
