Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat 11x14 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together and pour on the sheet pan.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until eggs are cooked through (no loose liquid) and it has begun to pull away from the edges slightly.
