Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Add butter, extract, and sweetener to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add egg, MuscleEgg egg whites, and milk. Mix well to combine.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl (almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt)

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Divide and scoop dough balls onto your prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle on sliced almonds if desired.

Bake for 8 minutes, just until firm on the outside.
