Cake Batter Rice Krispies

Easy to make, protein packed version of classic rice krispy treats.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 16 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp pure butter extract
  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 2 scoops Cake Batter MuscleEgg Egg White Powder
  • 3 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x11 baking dish with parchment paper or coat with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  3. Add marshmallows, reduce heat to low and continue stirring until completely melted.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the butter extract and MuscleEgg powder. Mix well.

  5. Pour in cereal and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

  7. Add sprinkles to top of treats. Press GENTLY with your fingertips just until pan is filled to the edges.

  8. Allow to set, about 1 hour.

  9. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy.
