The easiest way to do it is to throw it together before you go to bed in the evening. It only takes a couple couple minutes to do this. Then, just throw it in the fridge overnight and it's ready to go when you wake up. That's it. Simple. Delicious. A healthy way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup MuscleEgg Chocolate Mocha egg whites
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP freshly brewed and cooled espresso heaped
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar or bowl. Stir well to combine. Cover.

  2. Let chia seeds soak for 3-4 hours or overnight. 

  3. Stir to serve and add more greek yogurt, granola, or other toppings of choice.
