Naturally sweet and scrumptious this Paleo Cran-Blackberry Overnight French Toast is the answer to a terrific breakfast all week long! Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Low Carb.
Ingredients
9 paleo buns cubed
4large eggs
1cupmilk
1/2cup MuscleEgg egg whites*
1tspvanilla extract
1tspVietnamese cinnamon
2scoops collagen**
1cupcranberries
3/4cupblackberries
Instructions
Line a backing pan with parchment or foil
Whisk together eggs, egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon and collagen in a bowl
Add in bread and gently toss
Add in berries and mix
Pour into pan
Allow to sit overnight
When ready to bake, remove from the fridge and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked
