Rainbow Protein Pancakes

These rainbow protein pancakes made by Nick Olsen (IFBB Pro) are delicious and will have you feeling satisfied, but still wanting more because they taste so great! Feel free to use your favorite flavor of MuscleEgg egg whites to give them your own flavor. Our favorite is to make them with our Cake Batter MuscleEgg! You can add sprinkles into the mix or just on top to finish them off. These will be requested all the time so make enough to keep some on hand to warm up for a quick snack!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups MuscleEgg Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 4 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour

Instructions

  1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Scoop pancake batter onto skillet in whatever size pancakes you want (silver dollar or the whole pan!)
  4. Cook on both sides accordingly, 2-3 minutes per side for a normal sized pancake
  5. Serve up your pancakes and spread almond butter over the top with some rainbow sprinkles if you wish
