1/4cupPumpkin Spice MuscleEgg egg whites
1/4cupKodiak Power Cakes
1scoop vanilla protein
2tablespoonscoconut flour
1/2teaspoonpumpkin spice
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
2tablespoonscanned pumpkin
3/4cupmilk of choice
1teaspoonmaple extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir.
Preheat Belgian waffle maker and coat with non-stick spray. Cook waffles until crisp and edges are golden brown.
