Kids love cookies that kick the oven to the curb because they can help you make them. Depending on their experience in the kitchen, your kids can even make these themselves! Although, you'll want to make your own to keep a stash hidden from the kids and visitors that you can take as a quick post-workout treat, before bed snack or to eat any time you get that sweet tooth and don't won't to kill your diet! 1cupoat flour120g
1cuprolled oats80g
2scoops vanilla protein powder80g
½cupwhite chocolate peanut butter128g
¼cuphoney84g
¼cupMuscleEgg Vanilla Egg Whites *+ 2 tbs if needed
1teaspoonpeppermint extract
pinch salt
*Topping*
5-6tbswhite chocolate
Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients: oats, oat flour and protein powder
Mix in honey, white chocolate peanut butter, peppermint extract and ¼ cup MuscleEgg egg whites
Mix well (this will require some mixing)
Depending on your protein powder you may need to add 1-2 tbs vanilla egg whites
Once combined place in refrigerator for 15 minutes
