Breakfast Quiche Casserole

As a kid, quiche was something I avoided. I couldn't even tell you why. I loved eggs. Rest assured that nobody will shy away from this breakfast quiche casserole though. It takes your healthy breakfast favorites and combines them into a simple and tasty casserole that the whole family will love. It's a perfect meal for easy mornings with the family. It won't make a big mess so clean up is easy. The ingredients are staples so you won't need to run to the store. You just mix the ingredients together and throw them into the oven so it doesn't take up much of your time. It's healthy and packed with protein so you have a satisfying meal. And, best of all it's so yummy that you may want to make two batches just to be safe!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Organic MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cups Kodiak Power Cakes
  • 3/4 cups shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped steamed broccoli
  • 4 pieces cooked turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Coat an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray
  3. In a large bowl, combine egg whites, eggs, kodiak cakes, and spices, then whisk well
  4. Stir in chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and bacon
  5. Pour into prepared baking dish
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set
  7. Cut into 6 pieces and enjoy!
