Decadent Chocolate Peppermint Brownies

Ingredients

**BROWNIES**

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup MuscleEgg chocolate egg whites
  • 3 tbs chocolate peanut powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate peanut butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¾ tsp peppermint extract
  • sweetener as desired

**FROSTING**

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • peppermint candies as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray 5x7 in baking pan with non stick spray
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients (almond flour, chocolate peanut powder and baking powder)
  4. In a second bowl mix together eggs, egg whites, peanut butter, peppermint extract and any sweetener
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Pour into pan
  7. Bake for ~15 minutes
  8. While brownies cool, combine greek yogurt, cocoa powder and any sweetener
  9. Frost brownies
  10. Sprinkle with peppermint candy
  11. Slice and Enjoy!
