Reese’s Pieces Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups

If Reese's Pieces Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups doesn't sound downright amazing to you, just run around and go. Everyone loves Reese's pieces, even E.T.! And, barring people with allergies to such, I don't know a single person who would say no to a peanut butter cup. Sarah from Ingredients of a Fit Chick has taken two beloved Reese's snacks and brought them together for this peanut butter chocolate explosion that won't kill your macros. And, best of all - You don't have to wait till July to get them!

In fact, these actually have a good amount of protein. Looking for a treat before bed? Some delicious chocolate post-workout? OR, maybe you just want to satisfy that sweet tooth without feeling the guilt of ruining your diet for the day. Maybe it's part of your cheat meal because they're THAT good. Whatever your reason for craving these little Reese's pieces of heaven, you will not be disappointed with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • cup peanut butter powder
  • 3-5 tablespoons MuscleEgg Vanilla egg whites
  • ¼ cup mini Reese’s pieces
  • sweetener as desired

Instructions

  1. Mix together peanut powder and vanilla liquid egg whites until a ‘peanut butter’ like consistency is reached
  2. Mix in mini Reese’s pieces and place in the refrigerator
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish
  4. Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted
  5. Spoon half of the melted chocolate into 6 mini silicone muffin cups (or paper cups)
  6. Swirl chocolate around so it comes up the sides slightly
  7. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes
  8. Remove the peanut butter dough from the refrigerator and evenly roll into 6 balls
  9. Press each ball into the center of the melted chocolate cups
  10. Finish off by evenly topping each cup with the remaining chocolate
  11. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set
  12. Enjoy!
