How is MuscleEgg shipped?
MuscleEgg is shipped frozen in insulated boxes. We recommend getting it into your freezer or fridge as soon as possible to keep its freshness. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more info.
Where do you ship to?
MuscleEgg is available for shipping within the United States only. Sorry, but because of customs and shipping restraints we cannot ship internationally or to APO/FPO or PO boxes. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is an additional charge.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for MuscleEgg is charged per case. A single case can hold up to 4 single gallons or 6 half-gallons. For 2 gallon and 2 half-gallon cases the shipping is $14. For 4 single gallon, 4 half-gallon and 6 half-gallon cases the shipping charge is $20. For shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, call for a shipping cost.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time for orders is between 3-5 business days. It’s also important to note that we may hold your order for shipping if placed Thursday or later in the week (or, at our discretion) to ensure that your MuscleEgg arrives fresh.
When do you ship? What’s the latest I can order to get my MuscleEgg this week?
We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Shipping takes place Monday through Thursday. For an order to ship out within 24 hours, it must be received by Wednesday at 9am Mountain Time. Any orders placed later than this may be held for shipping until the following Monday to ensure that your MuscleEgg arrives Fresh. Note that orders going to lower Texas and Florida must be received by 9am Mountain Time on Tuesday to ensure your order is received by the end of the week. What shipping methods are offered?
All shipping is done via FedEx Ground from one of our two warehouses to ensure that all orders are delivered within 4 days of shipping. If you are interested in other shipping alternatives, please call our customer support at 1-855-289-6872.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! You will be sent a tracking number via email so that you can track your order and know when the expected delivery date is. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update after placing your order and be sure to use a valid email address to that ensure you receive your tracking number. Note that tracking numbers will be emailed to you from email@example.com.
