Sunrise Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Organic or Original MuscleEgg
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 2 Cups grated zuchini
  • 1 Cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 Cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 Tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground basil
  • 1/2 Tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F
  2. Chop vegetables into small pieces
  3. Add spices to egg white mixture
  4. Grease or line muffin tin with paper cups
  5. Evenly distribute vegetables into each cup then pour egg white mixture on top
  6. Bake for 35 minutes
  7. Tastes great with ketchup, tapatio, or fresh salsa
