Ingredients
- 3 Cups Organic or Original MuscleEgg
- 1 Whole Egg
- 2 Cups grated zuchini
- 1 Cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 Cup diced green onions
- 1/2 Tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 Tsp. ground basil
- 1/2 Tsp. oregano
- 1/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375F
- Chop vegetables into small pieces
- Add spices to egg white mixture
- Grease or line muffin tin with paper cups
- Evenly distribute vegetables into each cup then pour egg white mixture on top
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Tastes great with ketchup, tapatio, or fresh salsa
