Pumpkin Spice Flax Crackers
These crunchy little pumpkin spice flax crackers are a great snack by themselves or to dip in your favorite healthy spreads...like a tasty nut butter! Or, get creative and crumble them into a salad! There are lots of things you can use these for be sure to make a bunch to last you through the week! They do take a little time, so it's best to prep them, then do some other things while you're waiting to throw them into the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin Spice MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Soak for 3-4 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper. Evenly spread flax mixture into a thin layer.

Bake for 1 hour, flipping 1/2 way through cooking process. Mixture will bow up during baking. Edges will be slightly golden brown. If center of flax sheet appears crisp, remove from oven and let cool. If the center seems a bit soft still, turn oven OFF but keep flax crackers inside oven.

Remove and portions into desired pieces.
