This Pineapple Upside Down Cake Smoothie is refreshing, delicious and sooooo easy to make. It features our egg white protein powder as the star of the show and uses only 2 other ingredients - pineapple and milk. It's a breeze to whip up and you can customize it with a maraschino cherry or two or even add any other toppings you'd like! Maybe some low-fat whipped cream if you're feeling extra indulgent 😉

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen pineapple
  • 1 scoop MuscleEgg Cake Batter egg white protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Mix on high until smooth. 

  2. Top with whipped cream and cherry if desired.

  3. Enjoy!
