No-Bake Nutella Energy Bites

Quick little Nutella energy bites that taste great and don't require an oven! Make a batch to snack on all week long and you'll have the energy you need for work, kids, play, gym and everything else! A batch will last you a week...as long as you can keep them hidden away from others because, let's face it, they're going to want some too. Better make 2 batches!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 4 pitted dates soaked
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 4 tbsp heaped Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tsp hazelnut extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on high until a dough forms. 

  2. Portion and divide into small balls or bars. 

  3. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set. 

  4. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
