Low Carb Donuts Double Fudge
Low carb donuts? Extra chocolate? Yes, please! If you don't enjoy a donut at least every now and then, who even are you? Of course, most of us don't make donuts a regular treat because, well, they're loaded with carbs and sugar. Not exactly a healthy treat, but one we all like to indulge on.
Enter our double fudge low carb donuts. This recipe is baked for a healthier version of donut and loaded with healthy ingredients, so you won't feel guilty eating them! You might be thinking, "OK, but they probably taste like chalk, right?" Wrong! These donuts taste amazing...assuming you're a chocolate fan.

Ingredients
Donuts
- 1/2 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon xanthum gum
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup swerve Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
Topping
- 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375f and coat a donut pan (6) with non stick spray or butter. Set aside.

Add all donut ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.

Divide batter into prepared donut pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Topping

Prepare topping by adding chopped chocolate and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 15 second increments until melted and smooth.

Drizzle or dip tops of donuts with topping. Add additional toppings if desired (nuts, nut butter, coconut butter, coconut flakes, etc.)
