Just For Fun Vanilla Cupcakes
Who doesn't love a delicious,moist, simple vanilla cupcake? This version has taken a common treat and turned it into a not-so-common healthy snack-sized cake. When you're craving something sweet, but don't want to ruin your diet, this recipe will make your mouth happy. Of course, it would be a great one for birthdays, but cupcakes can be made in larger batches and snacked on throughout the week without any additional work. Not a bad way to reward yourself for an awesome workout!

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp peanut powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- ¼ cup MuscleEgg vanilla egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp stevia (liquior sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp frosting
Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Line 2 cupcake molds with cupcake liners

Combine dry cupcake ingredients

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients

Divide batter evenly among 2 molds/cupcake liners

Bake for about 15 minutes (cupcakes will seem a bit soft but they will continue to set as they cool)

Allow to cool

Once cooled, frost as desired
