Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups small broccoli
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • A pinch of salt and pepper for taste

Instructions

  1. The first step to preparing this dish is to cook the fresh garden vegetables. Cook it for about five minutes in a non-stick pan sprayed with some cooking spray. Make sure that you continuously stir the vegetables so that they are cooked evenly.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the cooked vegetables according to your taste. After doing so, cook it for about a minute more and then remove it from heat.
