Fruity Chia Pudding Recipe
A chia pudding recipe that's fruit and brings out the kid in you? That's right. Ever craved a bowl of Froot Loops cereal, but denied yourself the pleasure because you'd basically be eating a bowl of sugar? Your answer is this Fruity Chia Seed Pudding recipe that tastes like a bowl of your childhood cereal, but it exponentially better for you!
Combine the amazing taste of Fruit Cereal MuscleEgg egg whites with a well known superfood - chia seeds - and you have yourself a bowl of nutrient packed goodness that will start your day on the right foot or make the perfect post-workout treat.
This chia pudding recipe (like most) does take a little time to thicken and set, so its best to make this recipe while you're doing other things and not in a hurry. Or, make it before you go to the gym. Then, when you get back, it'll be nice and ready for you to enjoy!

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Unsweetened freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
-
Pour milk first into a sealable containerand add chia seeds on top.
-
Whisk it, wait a couple minutes, whisk again.
-
Repeat whisking until the seeds gel up and the pudding is thickening.
-
Pop in the fridge for a little while till it's thickened up, 60 minutes or more is fine.
-
After pudding has thickened, give it a stir and add the MuscleEgg.
-
Stir a bit more.
-
Top with crushed dried strawberries for crunch and enjoy.
