Finally! A frozen yogurt recipe that also gives you the best of the baked goods world! Deliciously frozen and melts gently in your mouth, this frozen yogurt recipe that incorporates cake batter flavored MuscleEgg is great for the warm weather months coming up. It's refreshing and delicious. Best of all, it's easy to make! You don't need any special equipment, just a blender.

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender, mix them up, and freeze for a few hours. You can freeze it in cupcake molds, popsicle molds or however you want to eat it. Take it out of the freezer when you're ready to eat and you have yourself a treat worthy of any ice cream shop. Feel free to mix in your own little additions as well - fruit, sugar free candy, chocolate, caramel, or anything else to spruce it up even more and make it your own!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cake Batter MuscleEgg
  • 16 oz 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4-5 tablespoons heaped sprinkles
  • 50 drops vanilla sweet Stevia drops

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (EXCEPT sprinklein a stand mixer or blender and mix on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Stir in sprinkles.
  3. Add contents to a glass container.
  4. Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to eat, leave on counter for 10-15 minutes until softened.
  6. Enjoy!
