Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain muscle eggs
- 1/8 cup Walla walla sweet onion
- 3 slices 1/3 inch Bell peppers (in photo are orange, yellow and red bell peppers)
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat frying pan over medium heat
- Spray Pam in pan
- Mix muscle egg and onions and small mixing bowl and salt and pepper to taste
- Put MuscleEgg mix into heated pan and let set a bit then using spatula move to side of pan
- Place cut bell peppers on pan and scoop the slightly cooked eggs whites into bell peppers
- Cook until MuscleEgg mixture is set in the bell peppers
