Ingredients

  • 1/2 pita bread
  • 1 large egg whites
  • 1 oz cheese
  • 1 oz sliced ham

Instructions

  1. This breakfast sandwich recipe is actually very easy to make. The first step is to cook the egg whites in a non-stick frying pan. You can add some salt to taste if you prefer. Also cook the sliced ham for a couple of minutes and then set these two aside for the moment.
  2. Next, toast the bread in the oven toaster for a few minutes until it becomes golden brown.
  3. After toasting the pita bread, add the cooked ham and the egg whites on the bottom half of the bread. Place the cheese on top and then toast it for 15 to 20 seconds.
  4. Afterwards, remove it from the oven toaster and place the top half on top of the bread and then serve.
