CrossFit Diet Recipes: Egg White Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 oz canned tuna
  • 3 tsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 pcs sliced bread
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  1. First, cook the egg whites in a non-stick pan. You can add some salt and pepper for taste according to your preference.
  2. Next, heat the tuna in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. At the same time, place the sliced bread in the oven toaster and toast if for a minute or so.
  3. Afterwards, place the tuna in a small bowl and then add the light mayonnaise. Stir the mixture thoroughly and then spread it on the pieces of toasted bread.
  4. Add the cooked egg whites to the bottom half of the sandwich and then cover it with the other half before serving.
