Chia Seed Mocha Pudding
If you love your morning coffee, you'll love this Chia Seed Mocha Pudding recipe! This simple, tasty pudding is great pick-me-up in the morning...or any time for that matter. It's super easy to make, consisting of only 4 ingredients and featuring our Chocolate Mocha MuscleEgg.
The easiest way to do it is to throw it together before you go to bed in the evening. It only takes a couple couple minutes to do this. Then, just throw it in the fridge overnight and it's ready to go when you wake up. That's it. Simple. Delicious. A healthy way to start your day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup MuscleEgg Chocolate Mocha egg whites
- 2 TBSP chia seeds
- 2 TBSP freshly brewed and cooled espresso heaped
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar or bowl. Stir well to combine. Cover.

Let chia seeds soak for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Stir to serve and add more greek yogurt, granola, or other toppings of choice.
