Cheddar Bacon Waffle Sandwich

Cheddar Bacon Waffle Sandwich

Yes, this was posted recently by us, but we felt the need to post it again because it's become a favorite lunch of ours! Don't be fooled by the waffles used to keep this sandwich together. Not that you couldn't eat it for breakfast, cause it would be great for that too and we've definitely had this for breakfast also. In fact, you can really eat this any time of day and feel satisfied with all of the yumminess that it brings to the table! It's definitely a more savory dish and one that your co workers will be asking you to share if you whip it out at lunch time in the office. The bacon gives it loads of flavor while the spinach and sun-dried tomato pesto help to keep it light. And, of course it's loaded with protein and other important nutrients while laying low on the calories. You won't feel bad about eating this lunch every day of the week!
