Apple Pie Donut Holes
Two great desserts combine in these apple pie donut holes. You get the convenience of donut holes, being small and portable mixed up with apple pie and all of its cinnamon glory for an amazing snack! These are definitely a step up from the apple slices you'd have as a kid.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Kodiak Power Cakes
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 scoop snickerdoodle or vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup Cake Batter MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups milk of choice
- 1 small apple chopped into 1/2” pieces
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl EXCEPT apples. Mix until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Preheat instant cake pop/donut hole maker OR preheat oven to 350 degrees if you are using a regular donut hole pan and baking in the oven. Coat with non stick spray.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into pan, add a piece of apple, then add an additional 1 tablespoon of batter to cover apple.

Repeat until batter/apples are gone.

If you are using the regular pan, bake for 10-12 minutes.

Sprinkle with apple pie spice or cinnamon to serve.
