Strawberry Crepes

Strawberry Crepes. Are there any other kind? Well, of course there are... But, strawberry is one of the most popular ways to eat a crepe. Strawberries are delicious and readily available in most homes so it makes for a quick treat. You can have these strawberry crepes as a dessert or as a quick and yummy breakfast. They're so popular for lots of reasons, but convenience, simplicity and taste are three of the best reasons to like anything. In less than 10 minutes you can have yummy strawberry crepes to enjoy. The other great thing about crepes is that you can top them however you like. In this recipe we use strawberries, fat-free whipped topping and syrup, but you can substitute as desired. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup Gourmet Vanilla protein powder

OPTIONAL

  • syrup
  • nut butter

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high for 20-30 seconds until light and fluffy.
  2. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Preheat an omelet pan (for 3 small crepeor 9" skillet (for 1 large crepe).
  4. Coat pan with non-stick spray.
  5. Add batter to pan, COVER, and cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the bottom and tops are fairly set with no liquid remaining.
  6. Flip and cook on remaining side for 20-30 seconds.
  7. Add sliced strawberries, fat free whipped cream, and syrup if desired.
