This recipe for easy sheet pan eggs will give you a quick breakfast for the whole week and can be used to make other breakfasts quicker and tastier too! Slice into squares for easy meal prep and transportation to save yourself time in the mornings. Made with plain Original MuscleEgg, it's sure to satisfy!

When you make this recipe as-is (without optional ingredients) it makes a great base for breakfast sandwiches, wraps or anything else you might want to add some eggs to. Try throwing a square inside of an English muffin with some turkey bacon, ham, or even turkey slices for a quick, tasty morning sandwich.

By adding optional ingredients to your sheet pan eggs, you can create an all-in-one breakfast on the go that doesn't need anything else! Our favorite things to add to sheet pan eggs are diced ham, spinach, mushrooms, and of course cheese. But one of the best things about this recipe is that you can make your eggs with whichever ingredients YOU love! 

Want it with a kick? Try adding fresh jalapeƱos and sriracha. Prefer a little garden freshness? Try adding fresh tomatoes, bell peppers and onions! Want it loaded? add some shredded hashbrowns, sausage, and extra cheese! There really isn't a wrong way you can make sheet pan eggs, but however you do it, they're sure to taste great and save you time!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups MuscleEgg egg whites original or organic
  • 6 Large whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Optional

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat  11x14 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together and pour on the sheet pan.

  3. Bake for 20-22 minutes until eggs are cooked through (no loose liquid) and it has begun to pull away from the edges slightly.

  4. Slice into equal pieces and use on sandwiches or in wraps.
  5. Optional ingredients are great to add if eating on its own!
