Protein Donuts - Cookies n' Cream

Donuts AND cookies? Yes, please! These protein donuts will please anybody craving a sweet treat. Cookies n' cream anything is generally pretty good, but mix it into these protein donuts and you've got yourself a winner! And, it's made with chocolate MuscleEgg for that protein punch!

Of course, we're all about quick and easy and these popular circles of goodness can be ready to eat in 20 minutes or less! They're made with healthy ingredients and baked in the oven so that they'll satisfy on pretty much any diet. And, with more protein than your average snack, these tasty donuts come with gains!

Go ahead and give this recipe a shot. And, if you don't have a little donut pan, we highly suggest getting one. They come in quite handy. As with almost every recipe, you can switch the flavor of MuscleEgg that you use to whatever you like. The vanilla and cake batter flavors work great in this recipe as well! Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Power Cakes
  • 1 scoop PEScience Cookies & Cream protein
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of choice

TOPPING

  • 1/2 scoop PEScience Cookies & Cream protein
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 4-6 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Coat a donut pan (6) with non stick spray
  3. In a large bowl or stand mixer add MuscleEgg, Kodiak mix, coconut flour, protein, baking powder, vanilla, and milk, mix until smooth
  4. Pour and divide batter into prepared pan
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges have begun to pull away from sides and edges are slightly browned
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly
  7. Prepare topping
  8. In a small bowl add protein powder and milk, stir until smooth
  9. Dip donuts in frosting and sprinkle with crumbled cookies
  10. Enjoy!
