Peach Jam Recipe
This Peach Jam recipe is a healthy alternative to everyday jams and jellies. Instead of using loads of sugar and pectin, the chia seeds help this jam to become jelly-like. Between the MuscleEgg egg whites, chia seed and fresh fruit - this is sure to be your jam 😉

This peach jam recipe turns out best when you leave it in the jar and let it come together for 4 hours or more. The more time you give it, the more jammy it becomes. Enjoy!
- 1 cup Peach Cobbler MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1 cup finely chopped peach
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
Add ingredients to a large bowl or mason jar. Stir well until combined.
Let sit for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
Add desired sweetener to taste if desired.
