- ½ cup MuscleEgg Key Lime Pie egg whites
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 6 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
- ¼ cup shredded coconut optional
- 1 tablespoon key lime zest
- sweetener as desired
- 6 graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
Add all ingredients through sweetener to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted coconut oil
Evenly divide key lime pie mixture between 4-6 silicone cups
Top with crumbled graham crackers
Gently press crackers into mixture
Freeze 6-8 hours or until set
