Egg White Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain muscle eggs
  • 1/8 cup Walla walla sweet onion
  • 3 slices 1/3 inch Bell peppers (in photo are orange, yellow and red bell peppers)
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat frying pan over medium heat
  2. Spray Pam in pan
  3. Mix muscle egg and onions and small mixing bowl and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Put MuscleEgg mix into heated pan and let set a bit then using spatula move to side of pan
  5. Place cut bell peppers on pan and scoop the slightly cooked eggs whites into bell peppers
  6. Cook until MuscleEgg mixture is set in the bell peppers
