Egg White and Strawberry Muffins


  • 12 egg whites (or an equivalent amount of liquid egg whites)
  • Cinnamon
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Baking stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil


  1. Pour the egg whites into a muffin pan.
  2. Sprinkle some cinnamon and baking stevia.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes.
  4. Top each muffin with a teaspoon of coconut oil and a slice of strawberry.
  5. Serve chilled.
