Ingredients

  • 5 Large Egg Whites
  • 100 Grams Oil
  • 150 Grams Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 100 Grams Cake Flour
  • 250 Grams Semi-sweet Chocolates
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Roasted Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. The first step that you must do is to pre-heat your oven at 350F while you take care of the other ingredients.
  2. Get the chocolates and the oil and then melt them together in your microwave. Set it aside to let it cool.
  3. Add the flour and the vanilla to the chocolate mixture and continuously stir everything.
  4. Next, beat the egg whites and then slowly add the sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks.
  5. Add the egg white mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix everything together.
  6. Add the almonds and the chocolate chips to the mixture and then stir everything completely.
  7. Pour the mixture on a lightly greased 8×8 pan and then bake it in the oven for 40-50 minutes or until the brownies are cooked.
