Creme Brulee Oatmeal Baked
- 2 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar *can sub with sugar of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Crème Brûlée MuscleEgg
- 3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a 8×9 inch pan with parchment paper
Mix dry ingredients
Mix together wet ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Pour into lined baking dish
Bake for ~66 minutes or until the edges are golden and the middle is set.
Allow to cool before slicing
Top with bananas, syrup, yogurt, or toppings of choice.
