Chickpea Powerbars

If you’re looking for some fuel before a workout, or a guilt free snack between meals these MuscleEgg Chickpea Powerbars are for you!


  • 1 can of washed Garbonzo beans
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp all natural almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 45 grams whey protein (forzapro peanut butter banana)
  • 1 tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 droplet of stevia vanilla cream sweetener
  • 1 tsp of baking powder and baking soda
  • 60g of dark chocolate chips (65% cacao)


  1. Blend all ingredients together and pour half the mixture into a 9 by 11 greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle half the chocolate chips and pour remaining mixture on top then top with remaining chocolate chips.
  3. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
  4. Cool for 15 min and cut into 9 DeLish power packed squares.
  5. Enjoy them warm or place in fridge and enjoy them cold (our fav).
