If you’re looking for some fuel before a workout, or a guilt free snack between meals these MuscleEgg Chickpea Powerbars are for you!
- 1 can of washed Garbonzo beans
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 tbsp all natural almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 45 grams whey protein (forzapro peanut butter banana)
- 1 tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 droplet of stevia vanilla cream sweetener
- 1 tsp of baking powder and baking soda
- 60g of dark chocolate chips (65% cacao)
- Blend all ingredients together and pour half the mixture into a 9 by 11 greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half the chocolate chips and pour remaining mixture on top then top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 for 35 min.
- Cool for 15 min and cut into 9 DeLish power packed squares.
- Enjoy them warm or place in fridge and enjoy them cold (our fav).
