  • 2 tablespoons Cake Batter MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Kodiak Powercakes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
  • 2/3 cups milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoons sprinkles


  1. Coat a cup or bowl with non-stick spray (at least 8 ounces).
  2. Mix all ingredients together (except sprinkles).
  3. Microwave for 1:35-1:45 minutes until center of cake is set (cooking times will vary, do NOT overcook).
  4. Add whipped cream or ice cream and additional sprinkles if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
