About Valarie

I have spent 11 years competing in the Figure division and to date, have hit the stage for a total of 30 competitions. It's been an amazing journey! I have been on staff with Muscle Egg for about 10 years. I love the people, love the products and am so grateful to be an athlete with them as well.

In addition to working here at Muscle Egg, I have worked in the fitness industry and as a dolphin trainer, which is still one of my life's highlights.

I now live in Arizona with my husband and two kids.

Career Highlights

As I look back on the experiences who have made me into the woman I am today, I think of the day I packed up my car and moved across the country to chase my dream career of working with dolphins. I am so greatfull for the courage to make the journey and begin a new chapter. It was a time of tremendous personal growth and opened so many doors for my future.

My favorite way to enjoy Muscle Egg seems to change all the time! With endless possibilities, its so fun to experiment. My current favorite is to make 1 cup of Chocolate, omlete-style and top it off with a touch of peanut butter and calorie-free syrup. Its pure maddness!

Dance Party at home with my kids is the best stress-reliever ever! They make my life so much fun and help me to "keep it real"
