My entire life I have been surrounded by the fitness and health industries. You could say fitness and health has run through my families blood since the early 50’s. My Grandfather was a professional baseball player for the St. Louis, Browns and later retired playing for the NY Yankees. My Uncle is a retired Canadian basketball player for the Dundas, Ontario. He was also a member of the Canadian Olympic basketball team in 1976. He played for the DUKE Blue Devils in 1977 and 1978. More current professions in my immediate family include Registered Nurses, Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Chemists and my younger sister is a Junior Ranked Tennis Player in Sweden. When I was younger I tried and played almost every sport. Athleticism and good genetics brought me a lot of recognition in middle and high school which led to Cheerleading, Swimming, Diving, Soccer and Tennis awards. I moved to NYC in 2006 to pursue a career in Fashion Advertising and Marketing. During my time in NYC I’ve met all sorts and types of people, but never felt closer to the fitness family I’ve acquired. The fitness community has brought me back to my roots of athleticism and a health consciousness lifestyle. I am a Meso-morph, I am lean and put on muscle easily, so when I started lifting I saw results quickly. That brought me some attention in the gym and I started to run with a circle of competitors and coaches who taught me how to bodybuild the “Arnold Way.” I caught the competing bug in 2015 and entered in my first show. In 2015 I did three shows and earned my Profession Card and won the Bikini Overall Title at the IFBB North Americans Championship.
I skyrocketed into the IFBB after three top finishes in the NPC Bikini Division. I turned profression at the 2015 North American Championships and won the bikini overall title. I am still competing full time during the competition season while coaching competitors and lifestyle clients year round.
