About Karlen

I've been competing for 7 years, started in Bikini and out grew that division because well I love to lift heavy! My first year in Figure I need was home the moment I stepped on stage. I turned pro my 4th figure show (2nd national show) at USAs in 2018. I plan on my pro debut next year! I am an entrepreneur with my own training and rehab business 3Pro·Fit. It's been an amazing experience owning my own business both rewarding and extremely difficult at the same time.

Best Advice I Ever Got

Staying in a positive mindset and focusing on one day at a time versus thinking too much into the future. Your biggest competition is yourself and 9 times out of 10 it's you who holds yourself back. So be accountable, disciplined, put in the work and stay positive and you'll reach your goals!
