Favorite Use of MuscleEgg

With the demanding schedule working full-time, raising my children and as a professional athlete my time is limited and demanding. This is why MuscleEgg has been such a godsend, it's quick easy and convenient. In the mornings after my fasted cardio (3 mile runs and gym cardio) I drink 2 cups of muscle egg post workout, before work being I'm in a time crunch. In the evenings after work I do my weight training and afterwards Im famished so I'll put more effort into my post workout meal. My goto is MuscleEgg french toast. Ill smash up 1 banana and mix 1 1/2cups of muscle egg together and soak 3 slices of bread and fry it up. Then Ill top my french toast with peanut butter and honey complimented with 1 cup of muscle egg on the side.

Favorite Hobbies

Outside the gym I enjoy running or being physically active and enjoying life to the fullest.

Best Advice I Ever Got

Mindset is the key to achieving my goals. I've never been a quitter and what I set my mind on I put 100% in, otherwise all that I do, all that I am means nothing. If I know someone has accomplished what I want to achieve I know I can do it. It's not a matter of work but die hard dedication and sacrifice. I figure out my triggers that stop or slow my progress and avoid them at all costs because no matter how strong I feel, I don't want any temptation. I also find little motivators that break up the monotony of a fixed routine like new music and even a new outfit. Above all I never forget my purpose. Small rewards do not and will never outweigh long term rewards that can last a lifetime Vs a few minutes or days.
